Głównym celem projektu „OUT OF THE BOX” jest promocja pozytywnych odczuć wobec uchodźców i migrantów. Będzie się on skupiał na uświadamianiu młodych ludzi o kryzysie migracyjnym, wykorzystując narzędzia jakimi są innowacyjne metody pomagające w rozwiązywaniu problemów społecznych – m.in. metoda „The box”. W czasie trwania projektu kraje uczestniczące pochylą się wspólnie nad otaczającymi nas społecznymi problemami m.in. mową nienawiści, rasizmem czy uprzedzeniami.
Chcąc zrealizować postawione cele i założenia, „OUT OF THE BOX” przy wsparciu programu Erasmus Plus zamierza organizować ponadnarodowe spotkania, szkolenia w zakresie uczenia się oraz międzynarodowe forum networkingowe. Oprócz tego w planach jest również wprowadzenie produktów takich jak filmy informacyjne lub poradniki metodyczne na temat kreatywnego rozwiązywania problemów społecznych.
Cała wymieniona wyżej wiedza oraz zdolności zdobywane przez czas trwania projektu pozwolą przygotować młodych pracowników do nawiązywania kontaktu z uchodźcami i umożliwią zdobycie umiejętności pozwalających na tworzenie lokalnych inicjatyw promujących integrację społeczną uchodźców.
Projekt „OUT OF THE BOX” jest realizowany przy wsparciu finansowym Komisji Europejskiej w ramach programu Erasmus Plus.
[:en]The goal of the project is to promote a positive attitude towards refugees. „OUT OF THE BOX” is focusing on bringing awareness about the reality of the current Migrant Crisis. The main priorities are to make a cultural exchange, change the perspective of looking at youth organisations and share the Innovative Method of Creative Solution to Social Problems as well as the method: „The box”. The project wants to bring an awareness of the social problems that are going on around us: hate speech, racism and prejudices.
In order to turn their goals and plans into a reality, the project „OUT OF TE BOX” – using opportunities given by Erasmus Plus Program – is going to manage a transnational meeting, multiplier events, international forum with meetings speed networking and create intellectual products as informational videos or methodological guides of the social and political incidence tables and creative solution of social problems. It will provide methods to strengthen the capacity of young people to generate local creative initiatives to promote the social integration of refugees.
All the knowledge and skills given through the projects aim to prepare youth workers to connect local people with refugees and to give them the background to take their own-initiative actions on this field.
